FAQs
What if my letter doesn’t come?
If your Motherhood Post doesn’t arrive, email us at brooklyn@themotherhoodpost.com and we’ll make it right- either by resending your letter or refunding you for the month.
Sometimes letters bounce back to us. We usually wait until the end of the month to allow time for any returns, then resend them to you. We’ll also contact USPS on your behalf if a letter goes missing. And if all else fails, you’ll receive a refund for that month.
💌 A note on timing: If you sign up before the 15th of the month, you’ll receive that month’s letter. If you sign up after the 15th, your first letter will arrive the following month.
What is a snail mail club?
A “snail mail” subscription is a monthly letter experience delivered right to your mailbox. Instead of a digital newsletter, everything arrives in a real envelope—something you can hold, open, and look forward to each month.
For The Motherhood Post, each mailing includes a thoughtfully written letter filled with reflections and stories from real women, along with a curated collection of small, meaningful touches—like a vintage-inspired art card, stickers, and other seasonal pieces.
The goal is simple: to create a gentle pause in your month. A moment to slow down, reflect, and feel connected to a larger community of women who are walking through motherhood alongside you.
It’s called “snail mail” because it embraces a slower, more intentional way of connecting—something tangible, personal, and refreshing in a world that often feels too fast and too digital.
When will I receive my letter?
I send out letters the first week of the month. Members should receive it within 3-8 days of sending.
The beauty of snail mail is the slow pace and anticipation of every month, however, if you feel like something is wrong, feel free to reach out!
What do I do if I need to Cancel or change my address?
Just email me at brooklyn@themotherhoodpost.com and we will end your subscription or change your address!
